Any damaged goods on delivery can be returned for a refund, please sign for 'as damaged' if possible.
We dispatch all orders within 48 hrs of recieving payment through credit/debit card and as soon as your cheque has cleared if paying by cheque. We carefully package your order and it is sent by Royal mail, with the exception of cases of canvasses and larger orders which are sent by courier and will be tracked and need to be signed for.
Delivery charges for all UK orders are only £2.99 regardless of the size of the order, the more of our great offers you buy the better the deal.
We have made a standard delivery to Europe £5.99 and to the U.S.A £7.99 if we find the postage costs exceed this amount we will email you to let you know the correct amount, if at this stage you do not want to proceed with your order it will be cancelled without any obligation and your credit card will not be charged..
